ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY
True Medical Tampines West Pte Ltd & True Medical PLQ Pte Ltd ("we" and "us") are the operators of truemedical.sg ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you are in agreement to the terms below.
1. Collection of Personal Information
Upon checkout, the user will be prompted to provide their Name (as in NRIC/FIN), NRIC/FIN number, and Date of Birth. This is in accordance with the Singapore Ministry of Health’s guidelines, which requires patient authentication in the provision of goods & services from medical clinics.
All personal information provided are kept private & confidential, and will only be used for the purposes of patient authentication and verification.
2. Delivery Terms
2.1 Delivery Costs
Each delivery fee costs $5 (exclusive of GST) and is automatically added to your total order upon checkout.
Deliveries are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
2.2 Despatch Time
Orders are usually despatched for delivery within 2-5 working days of payment confirmation, and the user will receive an email notification when the order has been despatched to our logistics partner.
Our fulfilment centre operates on Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm, except on public holidays. We take steps to ensure all orders are attended to as soon as possible, and that shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
Once despatched, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 working day(s).
2.3 Change Of Delivery Address
We are able to fulfil requests for changes in delivery address any time before the order has been despatched. Please email hello@truemedical.sg for such requests.
Please note that there may delays to your delivery should you require a change in address.
Deliveries are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
2.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at hello@truemedical.sg so that we can look into the matter.
3. Self-collection of Orders
All orders have the option of being collected at any selected True Medical Clinic during their respective operating hours. An email notification will be sent once your order is ready for collection from your selected clinic outlet, and you can expect to receive this within 2-5 working days.
If the forecasted time has exceeded before receiving an update from us, please contact us at hello@truemedical.sg so that we can look into the matter.
We are unable to fulfil requests for changes in collection address once the order is confirmed.
3. Taxes
All orders are subject to the prevailing goods & service tax. This will be automatically calculated upon checkout.
4. Cancellations
All medical goods and services are strictly non-refundable once your order payment is processed and confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
